Some locations require you to provide a valid location before allowing you to check in. When checking into a location like this, your web browser will prompt you to provide your location. You must choose to share your location and the process will be completed.

For iOS
You will be prompted with a message like: ”welcome.nirovision.com would like to use your current location"
Select Allow
For Android
You will be prompted with a message like: "welcome.nirovision.com wants to use your device’s location"
Select Allow
Troubleshooting
If you are not prompted to provide your location and see a page titled STOP, it may be because you have not enabled Location Services on your page.
For iOS
Open the Settings app and visit Privacy & Security > Location Services
Ensure Location Services is enabled
Scroll down to find your browser application (typically Safari or Chrome)
Ensure the While Using the App option is selected, and Precise Location is enabled
