You can now monitor people's temperature and set up alarms when a high temperature is detected, with supported thermal cameras. Be smarter about how you keep your premises safe and secure!

🕵 Contact Tracing

Identify potential close contacts by reviewing people seen in frame together. Review an individual's activity, chronologically. Find heavily trafficked areas. Export to .csv for further manipulation.

How to test it: Go to any identity you recently saw at your place, press on the "Contact tracing" button and select the timeframe you want to inspect.

• Time selection: Select the starting and end time.
• Include people within a period of time: Select extra time to display a second group of identities seen before or after the activity of the selected identity.

You can review the results in-line using our apps, or export CSV files with specific information about the identity's activity and about all the people seen in direct contact or close in time.

👱Improve Identities Tools

We have improved how you create and maintain your identities, with new tools like the Fix Incorrect Results and Bulk Improve Identities tools. Boost facial recognition performance at your site now!

How to test Bulk Improve Identities: Go to the Identities page and press on "Create identity" to see all options of the drop-down and select "Improve Identities"

• Filter with the Strength filter to select strong identities or those that Need Improvement. Select this second option to improve the weak ones, and make sure you get the best results.
• You can use the other filters to select labels and cameras or use the settings to configure the threshold you want to filter on. A longer distance means more faces you will have to compare but less accurate will be the suggestions.
